We recommend comfortable low or block heels as this is a garden wedding.

Black suit or a black/white
formal shirt, tie optional.

Our Love Story
We get so excited sharing our beautiful story with friends and family.
The 28th of April holds a very special place in our hearts. It’s the day Waldo decided to surprise with the most perfect proposal anyone could ask for. A gorgeous sea side of Uvongo beach, with an absolutely perfect ring, surrounded by people we love!
And now 7 years later on the 28th of April 2025 we get to celebrate our wedding with you!
But officially our love story began the 7th of April 2017. After 4 months we knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives loving each other. A promise ring was the symbolism for the hope of being where we are today planning our wedding day! A year later and we were officially engaged!
“Is jy erinstig!” Was the most exciting words of the day.
Of course being engaged came with it’s own ups and downs which we are internally grateful for! From setting up a home to surviving a lockdown together, to making big purchases and little exciting ones we have never loved each other more, it has shaped our relationship into the most beautiful Cherry Blossom.
After our beautiful 8 year journey we are sure that you would agree.
It is about damn time!
We cannot wait to become one in the presence of all our loved ones.
We know it is not traditional, and the way it’s done…
but instead of pots and pans we would like a little fun!
